Services are booked as sessions not services. This means your session includes everything your hair needs in the time frame you book. Each session is custom tailored to your exact hair needs. Transparent pricing ensures there are no surprises for you at checkout. I never double book guests. You will receive undivided attention throughout your entire reservation.

Parking/Public Transit: LAMS is located at 274 Summer Street in Fort Point. We are less than a mile walk from South Station. Metered street parking is available along with multiple garage options. I find using the app SpotHero helps find the best option for the area.

Late Arrivals: Steph does her best to accommodate late arrivals. If you know you are going to be late, we kindly ask that you call ahead to better assess the situation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we can not guarantee that the service will still be able to be provided and you may need to reschedule.

Cancellation/No call no show: I love my clients & I love doing their hair. It's fun. What I do not love is when you don't show up for your appointment. That's not fun. LAMS does apply a cancellation policy. Please call within 24 hrs if you know you cannot make your appointment to avoid a full service charge.
